Duo Rackets — Privacy Policy

Duo Rackets is an idle sports-management game published by BEEXPRO CONSULTING LTD. Your club lives on our game server so that it keeps earning while you are away and survives a new phone. This policy explains what that server keeps, what the advertising partners receive, and the choices you have.

What our game server keeps

The server (hosted by Supabase in the European Union, Frankfurt) stores:

• Your game — club name, chosen face, players, gear, sports, cash, gems, league results and the times you were last active (used to calculate offline earnings).
• Your game account link — the app signs in silently with Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) so your game follows you to a new phone. We keep the account identifier those services give us; we never receive your Apple ID, Google password or email address. If neither is available, the game uses an anonymous guest account that exists only for this purpose.
• Purchases — the store's receipt or purchase token, so the server can check a purchase is genuine before granting it.
• Rewarded videos — when you watch a video for a reward, the ad mediator tells our server your anonymous player ID and that the video was completed, so the reward is granted exactly once.
• Invite a friend — if you invite friends or join with a friend's code: who invited whom, and a one-way hash of an identifier that stays the same for the game on your phone (not the advertising identifier), so that each phone gets the invite gift only once. The hash is kept after you delete your game, to prevent abuse.
• Notification token — only if you allow notifications: the device token from Firebase Cloud Messaging, so we can tell you when your club's safe is full and when a Live Tournament starts. Nothing else is sent, and turning notifications off (in the game's Settings or the phone's settings) stops them.
• Fair-play records — to stop cheating, each request from the game carries a one-time ID that we keep for 2 days, and refused or unusual requests are logged for 90 days. The game also asks Apple (App Attest) or Google (Play Integrity) to confirm it is a genuine, unmodified copy; we keep only the latest result. These checks are never used for advertising.

We use this data only to run the game. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising (except as described under Game analytics).

Game analytics and crash reports

To see which parts of the game work and to fix crashes, Duo Rackets uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (Google). They receive game events such as matches played, upgrades, leagues reached, packs opened, gems spent, videos watched and purchases, plus crash reports with the device model and OS version. These are linked to your anonymous player ID — never to your name or email. Google processes this data under the Firebase privacy terms. We use it to improve the game. On Android, Google also learns which rewarded videos were watched and what they earned, so our own Duo Rackets ads reach players who enjoy the game. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this happens only if you agree in the privacy choices. It is never used to show you personalised ads.

Advertising

Duo Rackets shows only rewarded videos you choose to watch — never banners or forced ads. They are supplied through Unity LevelPlay, a mediator that passes each request to the ad network that bids highest: ironSource Ads and Unity Ads (Unity), Google AdMob (Google), Meta Audience Network (Meta) and Liftoff Monetize (Liftoff).

To serve a video, those companies may collect and process:

• a device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), when you allow it
• coarse location inferred from your IP address
• ad interactions — impressions, taps, and whether a video was completed
• device and diagnostic information such as model, OS version and crash data

This processing is theirs, under their own policies: Unity (LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads), Google (AdMob), Meta (Audience Network) and Liftoff.

Measuring our own ads (Meta)

We advertise Duo Rackets on Facebook and Instagram. To see which of those ads lead to players, the game includes the Meta SDK (Meta Platforms Ireland / Meta Platforms, Inc.). It tells Meta when the game is installed and opened and when an in-app purchase is made (the item and its price), together with device information such as model, OS version and IP address. The advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) is included only when you allow it. Meta uses this to measure and improve our ad campaigns, under the Meta Privacy Policy.

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the Meta SDK only runs if you agreed in Google's consent form; if you said no, nothing is sent to Meta. On iOS, the advertising identifier is shared only if you choose "Allow" in Apple's tracking prompt.

Your choices about ads

• In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks you once, before any ad is requested, what the advertising partners may do with your data. You can change your answer any time in Settings → Privacy choices inside the game. Saying no does not break anything: rewarded videos are still offered, just not personalised.
• On iOS, personalised ads also need your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is never shared and the game works in full.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in system settings.
• "No Ads" purchases give you every video reward without a video, so no ad is requested for those rewards.

Purchases

Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details — only the receipt that proves what was bought.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your game is kept while you play. You can delete it yourself at any time in Settings → Delete my game: your game, purchases record, account link, notification token and fair-play records are removed from our server at once and cannot be restored. You can also email us from the address below with your Player ID (Profile → tap the ID to copy it) and we delete it within 30 days.

Children

Duo Rackets is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. Club chat uses only preset phrases and emojis — nobody can type a message — and the only text a player writes is a club name, which is filtered. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child's data has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.

Permissions

Duo Rackets requests no access to your photos, contacts, microphone, camera or precise location. It uses internet access for the game server and the ads, the advertising identifier only as described above, notifications only if you allow them, and vibration for haptics.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use, and you may complain to your data-protection authority. Write to us and we will answer within one month.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it and the new version appears at this address before the change ships.
