Versus — Privacy Policy

Versus is a two-player game you play on one device. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no leaderboards and no servers of our own. This policy explains the little that does leave your phone, and why.

What we collect ourselves

Nothing. BEEXPRO CONSULTING LTD operates no server for Versus and receives no data from it. Your scores, head-to-head record, which games you have unlocked and your sound and haptics settings are stored only on your own device, and are removed when you delete the app.

Advertising

The free version of Versus shows ads. They are supplied through Unity LevelPlay, which is a mediator: it passes each ad request to whichever advertising network bids highest. The networks that may fill a request are ironSource Ads and Unity Ads, both operated by Unity.

To serve an ad, those companies may collect and process:

• a device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
• coarse location inferred from your IP address
• ad interactions — impressions, taps, and whether a rewarded ad was completed
• device and diagnostic information such as model, OS version and crash data

This processing is theirs, under their own policies — Unity (LevelPlay, ironSource Ads and Unity Ads). We do not receive any of it, and we do not combine it with anything else.

Measuring our advertising

When we advertise Versus, we need to know which of our own adverts led to an install — otherwise we are paying to advertise blind. Two measurement kits do only that:

• Meta — attributes installs that came from adverts on Facebook or Instagram. Processed under Meta's privacy policy.
• Google Firebase Analytics — attributes installs that came from adverts on Google. Processed under Firebase's privacy terms.

Both use the same device advertising identifier described above, plus the fact that the app was installed and opened. Neither shows you anything, and neither is used to build a profile of you by us. If you refuse tracking on iOS, or reset your Advertising ID on Android, they lose the identifier and the install is simply not attributed.

Your choices about ads

• In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, you are asked once whether you want personalised or non-personalised ads, before any ad is requested. You can change your mind later via Settings → Ad privacy choices inside the app. Choosing non-personalised does not break the game: you still see ads, but they are not chosen using your advertising identifier or your activity in other apps.
• On iOS, personalised ads additionally require your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, which comes first. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you are never offered personalised ads, the ad networks are told consent is withheld, and the app still works in full.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in system settings.
• Buying "Remove Ads" or "Everything" stops all ad requests immediately — banners, interstitials and rewarded ads alike. Nothing further is sent.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details. The app only learns whether a purchase is active, so it knows what to unlock.

Children

Versus is suitable for all ages and contains no user-generated content, chat, or links out to social media. It does show advertising, so it is rated accordingly on each store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child's data has been collected through the advertising or measurement described above, contact us and we will help you raise it with the company concerned.

Permissions

Versus requests no access to your photos, contacts, microphone, camera or precise location. On Android it declares internet access and the advertising-ID permission, both solely for the ads described above, and vibration for haptics.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date above changes with it and the new version appears at this address before the change ships.
